excellent service helpful manager lovely room

The staff offered excellent service. I appreciated the manager. She was cute and helpful in finding a baby bath. The bar staff took great care of us. The large room was lovely (i enjoyed it very much).

The curtains in my room did not close because they weren't fastened. I also noticed mould on top of the windows.

The bar offered residents ten percent off, an unexpected bonus. Cocktails seemed delicious, and the food was very good. There was quite a crowd. It was fully booked for Sunday lunch.

a mostly fine experience

sea view helpful staff parking permit uncomfortable bed weird check noise level

the room had a decent size i could see the sea from our window. the staff were nice especially as we checked in at the bar. lovely big room too with cheap parking permits available for 24hrs.

the bed was quite comfortable for me but not for my husband. checking in was weird i had to ring the bell. i was then taken along the road to re enter through the bar. there was also a lot of noise karaoke the stairs people passing on the pavement.

Checking in was straightforward. The staff member was informative.

The allocated parking space already had a car in it. I had to wait for the owner to be located. The metal bed frame scraped against the radiator every time my son moved. The mattresses were thin and lumpy, preventing a good night's sleep, it was not good.

Check-in was smooth. The staff was helpful with directions. I found parking easily in the designated area (a big plus in a busy area). The room had nice complimentary chocolates and biscuits.

The bar downstairs was a bit loud one evening.
